# What is the Sources page?

> The Sources page lists your social accounts and your review sources. Add a source, reconnect or disconnect an account, or open a review source.

The **Sources** page lists all the sources that your widgets can show:

* Your social accounts: Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube.
* Your review sources: G2 reviews, and reviews that you add yourself.

To open the page, [log in](https://snapwidget.com/login) to SnapWidget and click **Sources** in the sidebar. You can also go to [snapwidget.com/sources](https://snapwidget.com/sources). The **Sources** page replaces the **Accounts** page.

When new reviews wait for your approval, a number shows next to **Sources** in the sidebar. The number is the count of reviews that wait. See [Approve, hide and edit reviews](https://snapwidget.com/docs/reviews/manage-reviews.md).

## The list

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Source** | The name of the account or the review source |
| **Type** | Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, **G2 reviews** or **Your reviews** |
| **Status** | The state of the source. See the table below. |

| Status | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Connected** | The account works. |
| **Expired** | The connection to the account expired. Reconnect the account. |
| A number and **waiting**, for example **2 waiting** | New reviews wait for your approval. The number shows how many. |
| **Syncing** | SnapWidget reads the reviews from G2 now. |
| **Sync failed** | The last G2 sync did not work. The next sync tries again. |
| **Synced** and a date | The date of the last G2 sync. |
| **Ready** | The **Your reviews** source is ready to use. |

## Add a source

**1. Click Add Source**

On the **Sources** page, click **Add Source**. The **Add Source** window opens.

**2. Choose a source**

Click a tile. The tiles are in two groups.

**Social accounts**

| Tile | What it adds |
| - | - |
| **Instagram** | A creator or business Instagram account. You sign in with Instagram. |
| **Instagram Business** | The Instagram account of a Facebook page. You sign in with Facebook. |
| **Facebook**, **X / Twitter**, **TikTok** | A social account. Sign in and allow SnapWidget to read your posts. |
| **YouTube** | A YouTube channel. Paste the link of the channel. |

**Reviews**

| Tile | What it adds |
| - | - |
| **G2** | The reviews of your product on G2. See [Add a G2 source](https://snapwidget.com/docs/reviews/add-a-g2-source.md). |
| **Your reviews** | Reviews that you add by hand or import from a CSV file. See [Add your own reviews](https://snapwidget.com/docs/reviews/add-your-own-reviews.md). |

To go back to the tiles from a review form, click **All sources**.

Review sources are on the paid plans. On the free plan, the review tiles show **Upgrade**. See [Review widgets](https://snapwidget.com/docs/reviews/review-widgets.md).

## Reconnect a social account

The connection to a social account can expire. Then its status is **Expired**, and the widgets that use the account stop showing new posts. To fix it, open the menu of the account and click **Reconnect**. Sign in to the account again.

If your browser is signed in to a different account, log out of that account first. See [My widget needs to be updated](https://snapwidget.com/docs/troubleshooting/widget-needs-to-be-updated.md).

## Disconnect a social account

Open the menu of the account and click **Disconnect**. SnapWidget shows the widgets that use the account. Click **Disconnect** to confirm.

These widgets stop showing the posts of the account. A widget that has no other account shows a message that asks you to reconnect.

## Open a review source

Click a review source in the list to open its page. You can also open the menu of the source and click **Open Reviews**. On the page of the source, you can approve, hide and edit reviews. See [Approve, hide and edit reviews](https://snapwidget.com/docs/reviews/manage-reviews.md).

The menu of a review source also has:

* **Sync Now**: reads the newest reviews from G2 now. G2 sources only.
* **Delete**: deletes the source and all its reviews. Click **Delete** to confirm. Your widgets stop showing these reviews.
