# How do I add an Instagram widget to my Google Sites website?

> Add your SnapWidget Instagram widget to a Google Sites page with the Embed code option.

Paste your SnapWidget code into an **Embed** box on your Google Sites page. The same steps work for Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube widgets.

### In SnapWidget

1. [Create your widget](/docs/getting-started/create-an-instagram-widget), or open an existing widget from your [dashboard](https://snapwidget.com/dashboard).
2. Click **Get Widget**. For an existing widget, click **Update & Get Widget**.
3. In the **You're One Step Away** window, click **Copy To Clipboard**.

### In Google Sites

1. On a computer, open your site in Google Sites and go to the page where you want the widget.

2. On the right, click **Insert**, then click **Embed**.

3. Click the **Embed code** tab and paste your code. Click **Next**.

4. Check the preview and click **Insert**.

5. Drag the blue handles of the embed box until the whole widget shows without a scroll bar.

6. Click **Publish**.

> [!TIP]
>
> Google Sites shows embedded code inside its own frame. If your widget uses **Lightbox** as **Photo Link**, the lightbox can only open inside the embed box. Make the box large enough, or set **Photo Link** to **Photo Popup** on the **Advanced** tab of your Pro widget.

### Check your widget

Open the page on your published site. The widget shows your latest Instagram posts. After each change in the editor, click **Publish** again.
