# How do I add an Instagram widget to Squarespace?

> Add your SnapWidget Instagram widget to a Squarespace page or blog post with a Code block.

Paste your SnapWidget code into a **Code** block where you want the widget to show. The same steps work for Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube widgets.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The SnapWidget code is an iframe. To add an iframe to a Code block, your site needs the Core, Plus or Advanced plan.

### In SnapWidget

1. [Create your widget](/docs/getting-started/create-an-instagram-widget), or open an existing widget from your [dashboard](https://snapwidget.com/dashboard).
2. Click **Get Widget**. For an existing widget, click **Update & Get Widget**.
3. In the **You're One Step Away** window, click **Copy To Clipboard**.

### In Squarespace

1. Open the page or blog post where you want the widget and click **Edit**.
2. Hover over the section and click **Add block** (or **+**). Click **Code**.
3. Click the pencil icon on the block. Paste your code in the text field. Make sure **Display Source** is off.
4. Drag the edges of the block until the whole widget fits.
5. Click **Save**.

### Check your widget

Open the page on your live site. The widget shows your latest Instagram posts. Code sometimes does not show while you are logged in. If you do not see the widget, click **Preview in Safe Mode**, or open the page in a private browser window.
