# Why am I seeing someone else's photos in my widget?

> If your widget shows photos that are not yours, it cannot load your posts. Check your site in another browser, then connect your account again.

If your widget shows photos that are not yours, the widget cannot load your posts. Nobody else has access to your widget.

## Find the cause

Open your website in a different browser, or on your phone over mobile data.

* **Your posts show there**: the problem is in your first browser or network. Only you see the other photos. See the list below.
* **You see other photos everywhere**: your widget has most likely lost the connection to your account. Connect it again.

**1. Open the widget**

[Log in](https://snapwidget.com/login) to SnapWidget. On your [dashboard](https://snapwidget.com/dashboard), click the widget.

**2. Connect your account again**

Click **Reconnect** next to **Username** and sign in to your account.

**3. Save the widget**

Click **Update & Get Widget**. You do not need to copy the code again.

## Other reasons

* **A browser add-on blocks Instagram or Facebook images on other websites.** For example, Firefox Facebook Container can do this. Turn the add-on off and reload your website to check.
* **Your network blocks Instagram or Facebook.** Some office and school networks do this. Try a different network.
* **A post was deleted on Instagram.** Your widget shows your current posts after its next refresh.
