# How do I disable the links on the photos in the widget?

> Set Photo Link to None on a Pro widget so that nothing opens when a visitor clicks a photo in your widget.

If you set **Photo Link** to **None**, nothing happens when a visitor clicks a photo. Visitors can see your photos, but they do not leave your website.

> [!NOTE]
>
> This needs a Pro widget. On a free widget, clicking a post opens a SnapWidget page, not your Instagram post. You cannot turn this off. Pro widgets come with the Lite, Pro and Developer plans. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. See [Free and Pro widgets](/docs/getting-started/free-and-pro-widgets).

**1. Open your widget**

On your [dashboard](https://snapwidget.com/dashboard), click the widget.

**2. Turn off the links**

On the **Advanced** tab, set **Photo Link** to **None**.

**3. Save**

Click **Update & Get Widget** to save. You do not need to change the code on your website.

> [!TIP]
>
> The sharing buttons on each photo still work. To remove them, set **Sharing Buttons** to **No** on the **Basic** tab.

To keep visitors on your page but still let them see a larger photo, use a [lightbox](/docs/widget-settings/lightbox).
