Over the weekend we had Ben Wood of @handspring_gymnastics in the gym taking a handstand workshop. This workshop started from the ground up, breaking down the handstand movement and enabling for quick progression with good technique. Thank you Ben for another great workshop. Today’s (Saturday) 8am Conditioning was tough!!!!! (Thanks @nattyingram πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽) Each Saturday 8-9am we work through a 45-50min team conditioning set. Always tough. Always fun. Always sweaty!!!!
