皆さまこんばんは^ ^ 岩盤室内に新たにランタンが仲間入りです。ここ数日間、ランプの灯りにすごく癒される…とお客様からも言って頂いて、やはり視覚はとても重要なんだなと再認識。。個人的にですが、五感の中でも特に視覚・嗅覚をとても大切に感じてしまいます…。店内ではアロマオイルを炊いたりもしておりますが、視覚・嗅覚に癒されますと、凝り固まった身も心も一瞬でリラックスした状態に解き放たれていきます。。ヨガ、ピラティスレッスン時も、より身体がしなやかに動く様な気さえします。。 #ホットヨガ #ホットピラティ | SnapWidget
