I had to work throughout Saturday until this morning 5am and was a Zombie the entire Sunday. To drive away the tiredness, I made this for our Sunday dinner. Slow roast Duroc d'Olives Loin Ribs with sweet potato puree and roasted vegetables. #durocpork #
