Displaying your Instagram photos and videos on your website has always been possible (and easy) with SnapWidget. But what if you only want to display the posts where your account has been mentioned? With mention filtering, this is now possible. This means your brand or business can easily showcase product posts where your customers have tagged your account. You can even use this to run a contest and increase engagement with your followers.
To get started, make sure you've signed up and logged in to your SnapWidget account. If you're not a Lite, Pro or Developer plan subscriber yet, you will need to upgrade to make use of this new feature.
Choose any of the available Instagram Pro widgets and click on the Username field in the widget settings to authenticate with your Instagram business account. After choosing the linked Instagram account, choose the Mentions option from the Filter dropdown and click the Update Preview button to display all the posts where your account has been mentioned.
You can now click on the Get Widget to get the code snippet and embed it into your website or blog post, like we've done below:
