稲美町・とみたファームの切り干し大根を使って… ペペロンチーノ風。 最初の水洗いでやや柔らかくしておいて、あとはたっぷりのオリーブオイルとガーリック、唐辛子、塩で香ばしく炒めてできあがり〜。噛みしめるほど大根の甘みが感じられる、不思議なペペロンチーノ。次世代の切り干し大根を考えると、こういう楽しみ方もあり⁉︎
