現況調査にお伺いしたところ、屋根に重さをかけるとスレート瓦がわれてしまう程に粘りが弱くなっており、今後も予想される激しい雨風、また冬の時期の積雪による痛みの進行を考えると、思い切ってスレート瓦の葺き替えをご提案させていただきました。
