築約３０年のご自宅の屋根の経年劣化を心配され、ご相談を受けたお客様です。
現況調査にお伺いしたところ、屋根に重さをかけるとスレート瓦がわれてしまう程に粘りが弱くなっており、今後も予想される激しい雨風、また冬の時期の積雪による痛みの進行を考えると、思い切ってスレート瓦の葺き替えをご提案させていただきました。
築約３０年の屋根を調査し、すでに調査で屋根上に載ることも難しい程に痛みが激しい事がわかりました。
