トマト肉じゃが
【材料】(2人分)
ひき肉 150g
じゃがいも 2個
にんじん 1/4本
玉ねぎ 1/2個
トマト 1玉
しょうゆ 大さじ1/2
.
① 肉じゃがを作るときの要領で野菜を切る。トマトも一口大に。
② 油を熱した鍋で玉ねぎと人参を炒め、炒まったら、肉とじゃがいもとトマトを投入し更に炒める。
③ 鍋に蓋をし、火が通るまで放置。勝手に汁気が出てきます。
④ 最後にしょうゆ
