先日の夜、息子が風邪を引いて、咳でつらそうにしていたときに
音叉を当ててあげたら、すーっと楽になりました。
わたし自身もしんどいときや眠れないときに音叉を当てると
すぐに和らぎます。
ふとしたときに、身近に音叉があると、お母さんの手当のように
優しいきもちで子どもにも、パートナーにも、
もちろん自分にも手軽に手当することができるんです。
