２月１４日バレンタインデー。
今週のスープは、パンプキンスパイスポタージュです。
国産の秋ウコンを丁寧にパウダー状にしたものを野菜たっぷりの出汁に加えて、ほろ苦いそしてほんのり甘いポタージュに仕上げました。
かぼちゃのほか、しいたけ、にんにく、生姜、玉ねぎ、セロリ、パプリカなど、野菜エキスがギュッと濃縮されたスープです。
今日はチョコレートを手作りしてみようかと思っています。
下手でも良いのですよ、手間隙かけて愛情あれば何でも美味しいのです。( #^.^ #) それでは今週もお待ちしております。
