Over the weekend we had Ben Wood of @handspring_gymnastics in the gym taking a handstand workshop.
This workshop started from the ground up, breaking down the handstand movement and enabling for quick progression with good technique.

Today’s (Saturday) 8am Conditioning was tough!!!!! (Thanks @nattyingram 💪🏽💪🏽) Each Saturday 8-9am we work through a 45-50min team conditioning set. Always tough. Always fun. Always sweaty!!!!
