My goal these past 2 months has been bringing lunch and snacks to school and so far it’s been amazing. I’ve lost weight, I’m feeling more energized and motivated, I’ve even saved money. It’s also been much easier to eat plant based this way, there aren’t many vegetarian or vegan...
Tried making my own glutenfree burger bun, it didn’t really work out but it was good enough to eat 😂 Made a veggie & egg sadwich for myself 😎
Nothing feels better than stretching out your back after sitting or laying in the same position for a while, I love that first stretch in the morning too ☀️

A huge almost #zerowaste veggies and fruit haul from Perry Fruit in Borgerhout (Belgium). We still had quit a bit of fresh produce but we wanted to stock up for the next few very busy weeks!
