静岡県 #島田市 の菓子店、 #あつみや の #たぬきケーキ 「たぬき」です。
東海道本線六合駅そばの あつみや は、マンションの一階に店舗を構える菓子店です（最初見逃して通り過ぎたりした）。 店頭には明るくてお喋り上手な奥様。お客さんはほぼ地元の限られた範囲の人で、大体のお客さん知ってるそうですが、私が青森から来たことを告げると絶句してました。
たぬきはシンプルなカップケーキベースのだるま型。全体の大きさに対してクリームが少なめですが、私が初めて食べたたぬきケーキに近い印象でした。
