先月、築4年のFPの家にお住まいのお客様宅にて気密測定を行いました????
長い間、健康で快適に住み続けるためにも変わってほしくない気密性能。
新築時は気密性能が良かったとしても、年数が経ったら悪くなっていたでは意味がありません。
さてさて、どうだったのでしょうか？
新築時は相当隙間面積C値が0.26cm2/m2でした。
(C値とは気密性を示す指標で、家全体の隙間を床面積で割ったものです。) 結果は

でした❗
昨年は0.38cm2/m2だ
