立川に移転された #かいじゅう屋 さんというパン屋さん。
そこのお店は古い民家をおそらく自分たちでDIYで手を入れていて、レンガのブリックタイルに荒々しくモルタルがハミ出ていてかっこよかった。
均一性にある味気のなさと、フェイクのエイジング処理による嘘臭さと、そのどちらでもないアノニマスな美しさがやどっていると思う。
こういう美しさは狙ってやるのは難しい。再現できるのか、手法を考えたいと思う。
