飾り巻き寿司技能認定講座２級まで進みました！
先週末行われた２級技能検定講座。
２級は２日間でなんと１１本もの違う図柄を巻くという、
盛りだくさんのコース！
３級に比べると、工程が多く、難しいものが多いですが、
飾り巻き寿司が作られる仕組みと様々な絵柄に合わせた
巻き方のコツを学ぶことができます。
やしろ優さんも２日間非常に真剣に講座を受けていらっしゃいました。
