東京都江戸川区 小岩駅のそばにあった洋菓子店「イルビット」のたぬきケーキ「ショコラムース」です。
よく見るたぬきケーキとは違い、例えば苺のショートケーキの苺の部分がたぬきのプチフールになってるような、そんなケーキです。
たぬきにヒラヒラした部分がありますが（蛸にも見える）、小さいカップケーキとして別に作ったたぬきを乗せてるようで、その名残かな。でもこんなきれいにカップから外せるんだ。
