先日の椎茸の肉詰めが成功でルンルンな私は。
挽肉がまだ残っていたので、これまた失敗続きのピーマンの肉詰めにチャレンジ。
・・・・・・・。
・・・・・・・・・・・。
・・・・・・・・・・・・・・。
結果、何個かピーマンから外れてしまった（汗）
フライパンにお肉がくっついちゃって、ひっくり返す時にピーマンからびろぉ～～んと剥がれてしまったぁ～。
ちょと揺すったり加減を見てから、ひっくり返せば良かったと後悔。
お弁当には成功したものを♪♪
味はやっぱり、良い感じ♪♪
肉詰めの完成制覇のハードルは高いな。
