上上週的墾丁小旅行肥來就軟爛至今⋯
完全不想拍上菜照，
每日除了陪小孩吃喝玩樂還有運動，
沒想到我也有會愛上運動的一天啊！
完全是被我家先生和小孩給激勵了⋯
因為他們完全看不起我這個愛躺著追劇的女人，一直說我無法堅持下去，我本人就是激不得????沒想我已經堅持運動兩週多了，現在能一邊踩滑步機（橢圓機）一邊追劇，實在是最適合我的運動啦！
希望也能讓蝴蝶袖快點跟我說再見????我也要緊又有肌肉的手臂啊！????????繼續努力
墾丁現在遊客真的少很多了⋯但其實海邊還是蠻美的，美食也好吃啊！嚐鮮吃到的牛排飯不
