Summer Camp 3days.
今年も3日間のキャンプを行い、
朝から夜までしっかり練習が出来ました！
やっぱりこうして一日中バレーボール漬けで集中してやると、子ども達は一気に伸びますね。
みんなの成長が1日、1時間、1分で変わっていくのが目に見てわかるので、本当に嬉しいし充実感でいっぱいです。
ついつい自分も含め、スタッフ陣は気持ちが入ると怒ってしまいます！
上手くさせたい！勝たせたい！
その一心で。
