This, right here, ladies and gentlemen, is a baked goat's cheese, covered in garlicky puff pastry. It was SO WORTH EVERY MOMENT, even though I had the inevitable meltdown afterwards that I'd essentially eaten a whole log of goat's cheese. Worth it though.
