初となるnichinichiのシュトーレンのバターは
カルピス発酵バターのみを使用し
フルーツそれぞれの特性にあった
洋酒に漬け込んでおります。
レーズンはラム酒、
マスカットレーズンはホワイトラム、
いちじくはグランマルニエ、
伊予柑は程よい酸味を残すために
