新年初めのイギリス菓子として、パブロバを作りました。

メレンゲを薔薇絞りして、お正月なのでお重に詰めてみました。
*
お重の中身はメレンゲ、クリーム、いちご、薔薇メレンゲの4層。
*
ティーウェアはこちらも和風にウェッジウッドのサムライで。
*
メレンゲは高さを出すのがちょっと難しいのですが、たくさん絞ってみるとコツが掴めるようになります。
*
箱根駅伝を見ながらたくさん絞りましたよ。
