恵秀会 では、「前撮影講習」を毎年４～９月に月2回開講しています。受講者は、社内査定でＡランクとＢの上ランクに選ばれた人のみです。振袖前撮影のお仕事に備え、「時間が勝負の成人式当日には厳しく難易度の高い帯結びを学ぶ講習」となり、林澪子著『華やかに彩る帯結び』から創作帯を毎月２つずつ学びます。７月は『スペインの風』（2003年査定課題）と『フランスの風』（2004年査定課題）と、そして６月に学んだ『輝き』（2001年査定課題）・『スプリングバラード』（2002年査定課題）の復習をしました。
