《珈常餐桌》
味噌鮭魚鍋、埔里酒廠紹興香腸、大人飲自釀黑糖威士忌梅酒、小孩喝義美奶茶
午後飄起細雨,懶惰的珈姐只想簡單一鍋煮,先把鮭魚肉用點醬油、清酒或米酒略醃去腥增味,鍋裡下韓國芝麻香油煸香薑片和洋蔥絲炒到軟,再沖入熱水,煮滾後加入白菜,蓋鍋燜煮到葉菜軟就放入醃過的鮭魚肉,煮熟後加味噌拌勻和少許醬油,試喝湯頭OK!上桌放菇類、山茼蒿菜~完成!(白菜屬性較寒,加點老薑片平衡一下較好哦!) 其實本來還想吃蛋餃,我忘了買!(敲頭)沒加豆腐,是因為下雨天沒特地跑遠去買裕毛屋的自製豆腐,裕毛屋的自製豆腐吃起來跟
