1983年オープン以来、ここ遠州地方の食材の素晴らしさを皿の上に表現し続けてきたレストラン「エピファニー」は今年で35周年を迎えました。「料理一筋、料理中心の生活で、健康を維持しながらおかげさまでここまでやってこられました」と笑顔で話すオーナーシェフの南竹英美さんと、それを支え続けてきたマダムの栄子さん。この日のランチタイムの店内も非常に活気にあふれ、シェフもマダムも「躍動」している様子を見ることができました。
