もち麦にも、色々種類があるんですね！
もち麦を道の駅や産直で見かけたら、迷わず購入するようになって、１年弱。
今までは生産者さんや、エリアが違っても、白っぽい「キラリモチ」という品種のもち麦を見かけることがほとんどでしたが。
先日、出雲大社に行く道中の道の駅で、『ダイシモチ』という色が濃い目のもち麦をゲット。
私自信は、雑穀米系のご飯が大好きなタイプ、旦那は雑穀米特有の ご飯の匂いが苦手なタイプの我が家。
まだまだもち麦知識はひよっこの私的感想は・・・・・・
