「暮らしのドレス」は大人はM〜Ｌのフリーサイズですが、大人の方で、細身だからと160を検討する場合、ほんと単純な話じゃなくて、と思って記事にし始めたら長くなったので、another polka drops ブログの５月28日の記事を見てください。

どちらの写真も左側、グレーのが160で、右側（茶色の全身、あるいは白の上半身の写真）は大人サイズ着用です。
