Excuses like ‘I don’t have time’ or ‘I’ll start next week’ can hold you back, but your ‘why’—the reason you started your journey—empowers you to push through challenges.

Ok so maybe not exactly like me because we don’t have the exact same needs!
But the framework is similar to start out.
• 1/2 -1/3 plate fiber/non starchy carbs
• 1/4 plate protein
• 1/2 starchy carbs (varies per person)
• 1-2 servings of healthy fat
1200-1500 calorie days.
Unless you are a child or extremely short that’s most likely way too low!
And you know what happens to your metabolism when you consistently eat below your BMR needs?
It down regulates. Meaning it will adjust to burn less calo
Most women I work with need 2000-2300.
I know that will likely scare the
