47cmのweberグリルではスペアリブは1枚が限界です❗️ ニトリで買ったまな板用スタンド(多分ですが)を肉の支えに利用してます❗️ 横のサイズだけでなく、蓋の高さもギリギリです‼️ ただ、出来ないこともないので工夫次第では問題なく焼けます(≧ω≦。) 57cmのグリルではスプリット3ゾーンで炭を置くと思いますが、47cmグリルは3ゾーンのインダイレクトで炭を配置してます❗️ 焼き時間は二時間程度、火力調整は57cmの方が楽だと思います。 意外と焦げやすい…(´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`) #スペアリブ #BB
