It's hop harvest week, where we pick the hops from our own garden beside the brewery. Not a great yield this year, but good quality and enough to brew our annual fresh hopped beer. The brewery smells wonderful, and the beer will be ready in about a month.
Very important quality control this morning - checking our barrel aged brown ales. They're both nearly ready to bottle so should be out in early December. Two different barrel types, so you'll be able to compare and contrast.
