【冬陰燒春雞】惹味香濃的燒春雞,做法簡單容易,藍象的冬陰醬香而不辣,我家奶奶也吃到,以香茅、南薑、檸檬葉等香料製成,只需加一點糖和魚露已非常夠味。將春雞開邊來烤,熟得更快更均勻,20分鐘有得食!
材料(2人份):
春雞 1隻(600g)
調味料:
冬陰功醬 1包 (60g)
魚露 1湯匙
黃糖 1湯匙
椰奶 1湯匙
製法:
1) 春雞洗淨吸乾水,從雞胸中間剪開
2) 大碗內拌勻所有調味料醃,塗勻春雞內外,醃30分鐘,醃過夜亦可
3) 焗盤上放鐵架,雞皮向上,蓋上蓋或錫紙,入焗爐或多士爐,260度焗1
