今日は腰痛の方がいらっしゃったので「腰痛改善」をテーマにしました⑅◡̈*
腰痛は背中が丸まって痛くなるタイプと沿って痛くなるタイプ2種類あります。
丸くなると痛いとのことで今回は骨盤の唯一の関節(仙腸関節)を動かすために骨盤を開いたり閉じたりなるべく交互になるようイメージ。
あとは腰の筋肉にダイレクトにアプローチ
