今年は梅雨らしい梅雨ではなかったので、今が逆に梅雨のように感じしまいます。

雨でも保育園の送迎にスーパーへの買い物、病院通いとお出かけしなければならない時、
皆さんはどのようにお出かけしていますか？

肩や腰が痛いけど抱っこ紐して出かけていますか？
月齢の低い赤ちゃんならまだ負担は少ないですが、7、8キロ以上になってくると長時間の抱っこ紐や肩や腰に大きな負担となってしまいます????????
