Back in Baltimore where I was greeted with 75 degrees and 97% humidity for this morning’s 5 miler. So rather than posting a dark, sweaty picture from today I’ll share this picture from Saturday’s 6 mile run in Denver where the weather was much better!

レオ・レオニは「スイミー」「あおくんときいろちゃん」「フレデリック」など
有名な絵本を描いた絵本作家です。
こちらはその中の、ちょっと変わったねずみのおはなし『フレデリック』に
出てくる主人公ねずみのフレデリックのグッズです。
この絵本は、仲間の野ねずみが冬に向けて食料を蓄えている中、
フレデリックだけはぼんやりと、なにもせずに過ごしている。というお話です。
そんなぼんやりとした表情がかわいらしいぬいぐるみとなっております。
