志のぶ本店@連坊で中華そば。 仙台遠征最終日は秋保温泉の立ち寄り湯へ。その前に大正12年創業の大老舗店へ。 油浮きの少ない醤油スープは鶏より豚のガラが強めに感じる王道の味わいでしみじみ旨い。多少は魚介も使ってるかな? 細麺は一本一本が長くて啜り甲斐があり、噛むとほんのりカンスイが香るチュルチュル食感。 モモ肉チャーシューはしっかりした噛みごたえ。たっぷり盛られたメンマが柔らかくタレが染みた絶品。 これは一年中食べられる冷たいスープの「冷し中華そば」もいっとくべきだった…俺がお腹よわよわ人間でなけ
