大家猜到這是什麼嗎 我看到第一個印象是類似豬大腸的東西 韓國的血腸순대 其實這是泰北香腸ไส้อั่ว 在泰國清邁清萊等北部城市的小食 香腸製作方法: 把豬絞肉、南薑、柚葉、香茅、紅蔥頭、香菜、蒜頭、紅咖哩、醬油以及辣椒粉等混合後透過糯米進行發酵,約一周發酵,再灌入腸膜中 第一次吃的時候覺得好神奇 怎麼香腸會是辣的而且帶有香茅的味道 大家有機會去清邁清萊也可以試吃
