香腸製作方法:
把豬絞肉、南薑、柚葉、香茅、紅蔥頭、香菜、蒜頭、紅咖哩、醬油以及辣椒粉等混合後透過糯米進行發酵,約一周發酵,再灌入腸膜中
第一次吃的時候覺得好神奇
怎麼香腸會是辣的而且帶有香茅的味道
