一応ヨガインストラクターですが、私は初のSUPヨガ
海が怖い(人間以外の生き物が怖いため笑)＋酔うと確信しているのでどうしても踏み出せなかったんですよね。

でもプールなので酔わなかった！！

・ヨガをしてない人でも楽しめる
・プールだから落ちる恐怖が少ない
・バランス感覚がたのしい
