[Smoked Butter Kouglof]
第二個煙燻機實驗品,就是這個煙燻牛油咕咕洛夫,因為Kouglof已經成為其中一個我很愛吃和做的甜點了!
因為牛油在整個甜點之中只佔一部份比重,而且發酵香味也很濃,所以這次用了煙燻味較濃的蘋果木,希望做完不會吃不出來有煙燻過(引用在煙燻食物討論區見過的說法:希望是「noticeable but not overwhelmed」);而且蘋果木的煙燻味據說是帶有甜味,聽起來也好配合味道淡淡的Kouglof。這次牛油用蘋果木煙燻大約半小時,總共燒過兩次煙(大概是因
