Como fazer babaganuche
Ingredientes:
4 berinjelas grandes
4 colheres de tahine
1 dente de alho amassado
Suco de 1 limão
Sal a gosto
Azeite a gosto
Leve a berinjela ao forno e asse por 30 minutos em fogo alto.
Retire do forno e com uma colher separe
