猴頭菇 4個
沙參 30g
玉竹 30g
淮山 30g
杞子 20g
瘦肉 半斤
螺頭 8粒
蜜棗 3粒
做法 :
1) 猴頭菇用水浸軟, 渣走多餘水份備用
2) 玉竹用清水浸約1小時,再用清水洗浄備用
3)瘦肉先出水備用
4)其他材料洗淨備用
5)所有材料放入煲滾後,轉慢火煲2.5
