昨日、賑やかに開催されました！

皆さんの #健康 や #リラクゼーション への関心の高さがうかがえました。

作った #オリジナルオイル で
復習にと就寝前に
さっそく両腕をマッサージしてみました。

体って面白いですね…
無関心はダメですね…
ついつい後回しにしてましたが
自分の体に感謝しながら
ケアしていかねば！
と思うこの頃です。
