この日(9月8日)はエリザベス一世がヘンリー八世とアンブーリンの子供としてグリニッジにてこの世に産声をあげた日。

この事はたまたま当日にグリニッジに行くことにしてからGoogle検索中に知ったのですが、その後女王となる彼女のお誕生日にこの地を訪れる事が出来て感慨深かったです。
