MOE12月号(11/2(土)発売)の巻頭特集「エドワード・ゴーリー 謎に満ちた異色の絵本」ではゴーリーの知られざる作品やエピソードを満載していますが、2000年にゴーリーが心臓発作で急逝した後、遺された作品の保管や管理、ゴーリーの邸宅を美術館にしたエドワード・ゴーリー・ハウスの運営などを行っているのがEdward Gorey Charitable Trustです。猫をこよなく愛したゴーリーの遺志を継ぎ、動物愛護団体への寄付も行っています。
