ゴーリーのイラストに「books. cats. life is sweet.」と書かれたTシャツを着て登場された柴田さん。1980年代にアメリカに滞在されていた際、ゴーリーのイラストだということを知らずにニューヨークの書店で気に入って購入された思い入れのあるTシャツだそう。
