12月27日今週のスープは、レモングラスたっぷり、パクチーのココナッツミルクスープです。
パクチーといえば夏ですが、冬のパクチーが香りはやや劣るもの、とても元気に育っていると農家さんもイチオシのハーブ。
ココナッツ風味のまろやかな下地にツンとしたハーブの香りを楽しんでみてはいかがでしょう。
